Delicious Walnut Miso Noodles Recipe For Easy Weeknight Dinners

Ingredients
200g dried noodles
1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
3 tablespoons miso paste
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small bunch of green onions, chopped

Method
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine miso paste, rice vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame oil. Stir until well mixed.
Add the minced garlic and chopped walnuts to the dressing, then mix everything together.
Toss the cooked noodles in the bowl with the sauce until they are fully coated.
Garnish the noodles with chopped green onions before serving.
