– 1 cup cooked rice noodles
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Method

1. Soak the rice paper wraps in warm water until they’re soft, usually about 10 seconds.
2. Lay a wrap on a clean surface and start adding a small amount of each filling in the center.
3. Fold the sides of the wrap over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
4. Repeat the process with the remaining wraps and fillings.
5. Serve the rolls with soy sauce and sesame oil for dipping.
