Ingredients

Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, then sauté until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the diced carrot, zucchini, and red bell pepper, cooking for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the canned tomatoes, then mix in dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
5. Let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
