Delicious Vegetarian Spinach Meatballs With Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients

– 300 ml cooked spaghetti
– 500 g fresh spinach
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/4 cup grated cheese
– 1 large egg

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large pot, boil water and cook the spinach for about 3 minutes. Drain it and chop finely.
3. Combine the chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, cheese, egg, and olive oil in a bowl. Mix well until everything is combined.
4. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking tray.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and firm. Serve with the cooked spaghetti and sauce.
