Ingredients

Method
1. Prepare the rice according to package instructions. Let it cool after cooking.
2. While the rice cools, chop the vegetables you have chosen. Make sure the cucumber, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and radishes are ready.
3. Take a large bowl and add the rice, cucumber, carrots, edamame, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and radishes.
4. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture. Toss everything gently to combine.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving for extra flavor.
