Ingredients
– 1 cup uncooked pasta
– 2 cups pasta sauce
– 1 cup chopped bell peppers
– 1 cup chopped mushrooms
– 1 cup spinach, fresh
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 2 cups shredded cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Olive oil
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain it.
3. In a large bowl, mix the pasta, pasta sauce, bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, oregano, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
5. Bake for around 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
