– 250 ml vegetable broth
– Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
2. Stir in the minced garlic and diced red bell pepper. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
3. Sprinkle in the chili powder and cumin. Mix well for about 1 minute to release the flavors.
