Ingredients

– 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
– 1 cup of vegetable broth
– 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
– Cooked rice, for serving

Method

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
