Delicious Vegan Whipped Cream Recipe: Light, Fluffy, And Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 can (400 ml) coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Method

  1. Chill the can of coconut cream overnight in the fridge.
  2. Open the can without shaking it and scoop out the solid cream into a bowl.
  3. Use a mixer to beat the cream for about 2 minutes until it’s fluffy.
  4. Add the icing sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
  5. If using, add almond extract. Whip everything together for another minute.
