Ingredients
– 400 ml of coconut cream

Method
1. Place a can of coconut cream in the fridge for at least 24 hours.
2. Once chilled, open the can and scoop the thick cream into a mixing bowl.
3. Add the icing sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl.
4. Use a hand mixer or whisk to whip the mixture until it becomes fluffy.
5. If desired, mix in food colorings for a fun touch.
