Method

3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini with the chopped vegetables and fresh basil.
4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to mix all the ingredients.
