Method
1. Start by blending the pitted dates, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
2. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
3. Spread the date mixture evenly into the baking dish, pressing it down firmly.
4. Melt the dairy-free chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
5. Pour the melted chocolate over the date mixture. Sprinkle chopped nuts and a touch of sea salt on top. Refrigerate until set, which typically takes about an hour.
