Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup plant milk
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix tahini, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Sift in almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Add plant milk, chocolate chips, and nuts if using. Mix everything together until even.
- Spread the batter in the prepared baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
