Delicious Vegan Tahini Brownies: Healthy Chocolate Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix tahini, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Sift in almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Add plant milk, chocolate chips, and nuts if using. Mix everything together until even.
  5. Spread the batter in the prepared baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
