Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, diced
– 1 cup rice
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 cup frozen peas
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
3. Stir in the diced chicken and cook until browned all over.
4. Pour in the rice, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
5. Once boiling, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add frozen peas for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
