Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger

1 pre-made pie crust

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
