Ingredients

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

3. In another bowl, combine the plant-based milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently. Add the diced peach and yogurt, mixing until everything is just combined.
5. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
