Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt well.
3. Pour in the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, then blend until smooth.
4. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
5. Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let it cool and then frost with vegan frosting. Garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
