Ingredients
500 ml non-dairy milk
100 ml vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
300 g flour
300 g sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
100 g sprinkles
100 g vegan butter (for frosting)
200 g icing sugar
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease two round cake pans.
In a bowl, mix the non-dairy milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until combined.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir these ingredients together until the batter is smooth.
Fold in the sprinkles carefully to keep them vibrant.
Divide the batter between the prepared cake pans and bake for about 25 minutes.
