Ingredients

– 1 ripe avocado, mashed
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1/4 cup almond milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
– 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a bowl, mix the mashed avocado and brown sugar until creamy. Add almond milk and vanilla, stirring well.
3. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients.
4. Fold in the dark chocolate chunks and dairy-free chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared tray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until set.
