Ingredients
2 cups cooked white beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt

Method
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add diced onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Mix in beans, maple syrup, vinegar, tomato paste, mustard powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
