Ingredients
2 raw bananas, sliced
1 cup dried fenugreek leaves
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon urad dal

1 tablespoon lemon juice
Coriander leaves, for garnish
Method
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and wait for them to pop.
Stir in urad dal and cook until it turns golden.
Mix in the sliced bananas, spices, and fenugreek leaves.
Cook until the bananas are tender, then add lemon juice and garnish.
