Vanilla Cake Pops Recipe
Ingredients
500 ml vanilla cake mix
250 ml water
125 ml vegetable oil
3 large eggs
450 g frosting
200 g white chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Sprinkles (for decoration)
Lollipop sticks (for serving)
Method
1. Start by preparing the cake mix according to the instructions on the package. Combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix until smooth.
2. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool completely.
3. Crumble the cooled cake into a large mixing bowl. Add the frosting and mix well until fully combined.
4. Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball. Insert lollipop sticks into each ball and place them on a tray. Freeze for 15 minutes.
5. Melt the white chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, then decorate with sprinkles. Allow them to set before serving.
