Ingredients
- 500 g ground turkey

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 0.5 cup corn kernels
- 0.5 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, stirring often.
- Mix in taco seasoning, then add a little water if needed.
- In bowls, layer cottage cheese, turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, corn, avocado, and shredded cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
