Method
1. Start by preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
3. In a large skillet, brown the turkey sausage over medium heat until cooked through.
4. Mix together the pasta, Alfredo sauce, ricotta cheese, spinach, and seasonings in a big bowl.
5. Spread the pasta mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
