Ingredients
– 2 cans of tuna, drained (approx. 400g)
– 1 cup of mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon of mustard
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 stalks of celery, diced
– 1 cup of sweet corn (canned or frozen)
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
– Lettuce leaves for serving
Method
1. Drain the tuna and place it in a decent-sized mixing bowl.
2. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and stir everything together until well combined.
3. Mix in the chopped onion, diced celery, and sweet corn.
4. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
5. Serve the tuna salad on fresh lettuce leaves.
