Ingredients
400 g canned tuna in water, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 celery stalk, diced
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 cups mixed greens
4 slices whole grain bread
Method
1. Start by draining the canned tuna and placing it in a large bowl.
2. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced celery, finely chopped red onion, and lemon juice.
3. Mix all the ingredients together using a fork until well combined.
4. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
5. Serve the tuna salad on mixed greens or use it as a filling in sandwiches with whole grain bread.
