Method
1. Start by draining the canned tuna and placing it in a bowl.
2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, celery, red onion, pickles, and lemon juice into the bowl.
3. Mix everything together until well combined.
4. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
5. Spread the tuna mixture onto 4 slices of bread, add lettuce, and top with the remaining slices.
