Ingredients
- 400 g canned tuna, drained
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- In a large bowl, mix the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, and yogurt.
- Add the chopped parsley, spring onions, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Combine everything well.
- Form the mixture into patties, about the size of your palm.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite sauce or salad on the side.
