Method

2. Pour in chicken broth and add frozen corn, black beans, chopped bell pepper, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together.
3. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes. Ensure the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
4. Prepare bowls by placing a serving of brown rice at the bottom. Spoon the chicken and vegetable mixture on top.
5. Finish by adding sliced avocado and a drizzle of lime juice over each bowl.
