Ingredients

Method
1. Start by chopping the tomatoes, onion, green chilies, and ginger into small pieces.
2. Blend the peanuts, chopped tomatoes, onion, green chilies, ginger, salt, and turmeric in a mixer or blender until smooth.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add mustard seeds. Wait until they pop.
4. Pour the blended mixture into the pan and stir well. Add water to reach your desired consistency.
5. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve with idli, dosa, or rice.
