Method
1. Begin by heating sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add ginger and garlic to the pan, stirring until fragrant.
3. Place the tofu cubes in the pan and cook until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes.
4. Toss in the broccoli, bell pepper, and snow peas, cooking for another 5 minutes.
5. Mix in peanut butter, soy sauce, and water, stirring well to combine everything for another minute.
