Ingredients
– 1 cup plain flour
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup fresh berries
– 1/2 cup milk
– 2 large eggs
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with a little butter.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
3. Pour in the melted butter and stir until it looks crumbly. Set aside some for topping.
4. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla. Then mix in the berries gently.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
