Delicious Three Bean Salad With Vidalia Onions: Fresh & Healthy

Ingredients

– 1 can (400 g) black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can (400 g) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can (400 g) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 large Vidalia onion, chopped
– 1 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 4 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
– Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Gather all the beans in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the chopped onion, corn, and diced red bell pepper.
3. Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and red wine vinegar.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir everything until well combined.
