Ingredients

– 500 g Brussels sprouts
– 60 ml olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
– 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and place them in a large bowl.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the sprouts. Add salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Toss everything together until well coated.
4. Spread the mixture on a baking tray. Roast for about 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
5. Remove from the oven. Drizzle balsamic vinegar, add grated Parmesan, walnuts, and parsley. Mix gently before serving.
