Ingredients
– 500 g steak, thinly sliced
– 1 tbsp fish sauce
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp honey
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 tsp grated ginger
– 1 head of butter lettuce
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 cucumber, sliced
– 1 carrot, grated
Method
1. Combine fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
2. Marinate the steak slices in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
3. Cook the marinated beef in a frying pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until fully cooked.
4. Prepare lettuce leaves and place them on a plate.
5. Fill each lettuce leaf with steak and top with red bell pepper, cucumber, and grated carrot.
