Delicious Thai Ground Pork Lettuce Wraps Recipe You’ll Love

Ingredients
500 g ground pork
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 cucumber, diced
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated

Method
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the ground pork. Cook until it’s browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
2. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Mix well and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
