Ingredients

– 500 g beef sirloin, cut into cubes

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
– 1 zucchini, sliced

Method

1. Start by marinating the beef. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper. Add the beef cubes and stir until well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Cut the bell pepper into chunks and slice the zucchini into rounds.
