Ingredients
– 1 cup tahini
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup maple syrup
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups rolled oats
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the tahini, brown sugar, and maple syrup. Mix well until combined.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Stir to incorporate everything smoothly.
4. Combine the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared tray and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
