Ingredients
150 g tahini
100 g brown sugar
1 large egg
125 ml milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
100 g raisins
100 g chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together tahini and brown sugar until well combined.
Stir in the egg, milk, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
Add rolled oats, raisins, chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt. Mix everything until evenly incorporated.
Scoop out the dough and place spoonfuls on the prepared baking tray. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
