Ingredients
– 500 g minced beef
– 1 can (400 g) black beans, drained

– 1 can (400 g) kidney beans, drained
– 1 packet taco seasoning
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cups beef stock
– 1 cup water
– 1 cup shredded cheese
Method
1. Brown the minced beef in a large pot over medium heat. Stir occasionally until fully cooked.
2. Add the chopped onion to the pot. Cook for about 3 minutes until the onion is soft.
3. Stir in the taco seasoning and mix well, ensuring the beef is coated.
4. Pour in the beef stock, water, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and kidney beans. Bring this mixture to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Top each bowl with shredded cheese before serving.
