Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, sliced thinly
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 2 tsp ground cumin
– 1 tsp ground paprika
– 1 tsp ground coriander
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 4 pita breads
Method
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add sliced chicken to the mixture, and stir until well coated.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.
4. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
5. Serve the chicken in warmed pita breads.
