Ingredients
– 500g chicken breast, cut into pieces
– 1 can cream of mushroom soup (about 400ml)
– 1 cup milk
– 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Mix well to create a creamy sauce.
3. Stir in the chicken pieces along with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chicken is well coated.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread it evenly across the bottom.
5. Top the mixture with shredded Swiss cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
