Ingredients
– 4 chicken breast fillets
– 300 ml cream of chicken soup
– 200 ml milk
– 200 g Swiss cheese, shredded
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 cup cooked rice
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Place the chicken breast fillets in a baking dish and pour the soup mixture over the top.
4. Spread the cooked rice evenly over the chicken. Then sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top.
5. Finally, add breadcrumbs over the cheese and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the top is golden brown.
