Ingredients
– 2 large sweet potatoes

– Oil for frying or baking
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C or heat oil in a frying pan.
2. Peel and grate the sweet potatoes into a large bowl.
3. Add flour, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
4. Mix in the chopped green onions and parsley until combined.
5. Shape the mixture into fritters and cook until golden on both sides or bake for about 25 minutes.
