– 900 g sweet potatoes

Method
1. Begin by preheating the oven to 180°C.
2. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into chunks. Boil them in water until tender, which usually takes about 15 minutes.
3. Drain the sweet potatoes and return them to the pot. Add milk, brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract, eggs, cinnamon, and salt. Mash everything together until smooth.
4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Top with chopped pecans and mini marshmallows evenly spread out.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the marshmallows are crisp.
