Ingredients
– 400 ml soft tofu
– 4 cups water
– 2 eggs
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon minced garlic
– 1 green onion, chopped
– 1 teaspoon gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: sliced mushrooms
Method
1. Start by bringing the water to a boil in a pot.
2. Cut the soft tofu into cubes and gently add it to the boiling water.
3. Stir in the minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, and gochugaru.
4. After a few minutes, crack the eggs directly into the pot and let them poach.
5. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and chopped green onion before serving.
