Ingredients
1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup grated cheese
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
½ cup milk
1 egg
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Combine pumpkin puree, egg, and milk in a large bowl.
3. Mix together both types of flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt in another bowl.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture and stir until smooth.
5. Fold in the cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, then spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking tray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
