2 cups spinach, fresh
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened. Stir in minced garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for an additional minute.
Introduce the cooked pasta to the pan, mixing it well with the other ingredients.
Toss in fresh spinach, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes. Stir until the spinach wilts and everything is well combined.
Finally, add grated cheese and season with salt and pepper as desired. Serve warm.
