Method

1. Start by preparing the vegetables. Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber, chop the bell pepper, and finely chop the red onion.
2. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, corn, bell pepper, and red onion.
3. Add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped basil to the bowl.
