Ingredients

Method
1. Begin by heating the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the cumin and mustard seeds. Sauté until they start to pop.
3. Mix in the chopped cauliflower along with turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir everything well.
4. Cover the pan and cook for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally until the cauliflower is tender.
5. Once done, add fresh coriander and lemon juice. Mix gently and serve hot.
